Coordination Packages:

Day of Coordination ($750)- rehearsal day before, decor set up and break down day of event, vendor coordination and invoices paid with provided funds, assistance with guest direction before and after ceremony, assistance with timeline execution, securing of gifts before reception is over, 1 meeting in person or virtual and unlimited text or email communication

Month of Coordination ($1500)- assistance with finding any vendors still needed, assistance with timeline creation and any shopping lists needed that is client specific, 2 meetings in person and unlimited communication with text or email, decor personalization with blank decor provided, rehearsal day before, decor set up and break down, vendor coordination and invoices paid with funds provided, securing of gifts before reception is over

Full Service (Price varying) – custom package for any length before event and includes everything in packages listed above and event specific needs will be outlined and quoted in package.

Bartender/Server/Busser ($350 for 4 hours)- TABC certified and insured up to 1 million event staff to serve and bus. Probable bar available upon request and creation of signature cocktail included with all bartending packages. $350 for 4 hours per event staff, then $50 each additional hour per person i.e. for 2 bartenders for 5 hours would be $700 for the first 4 hours and then $100 for the 5th hour. Does not include alcohol, mixers, cups, napkins, straws, or ice. Can picked up pre-ordered and paid for items for an added convenience fee of $40

Decor Set up and Break Down Staff (Price vary) – Complete set up and break down of provided decor. Can also personalize blank items.

Officiant ($75) – Texas legal LGBTQ friendly Officiant

Event Nanny ($50 per hour 4 hour min) – CPR trained event nanny perfect for a longer ceremony! Small table in pre designated area with games and activities! No infants and will not assist in bathroom

Door Hosts/ Security ($50 per hour) – TABC certified and insured unarmed door hosts/security to assist with crowds

Personalize your event (prices vary) – Make custom gifts or customize your event! Add your name and event date to a welcome sign, have matching custom shirts for your bachelorette/bachelor party, or just a special mug used on your day that is unique just to you! Prices all vary on items desired and type of customization needed.
